Brand Events Lead & Sponsorship Activations

The Baldwin Group in Birmingham, AL seeks an Events & Sponsorships Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute Baldwin-hosted events and brand activations. You’ll support internal events, annual meetings, and client conferences, taking lead on smaller events under 50 colleagues. You’ll maintain timelines, coordinate vendors, track budgets and RSVPs, and liaise with the Communications team to ensure every touchpoint reflects the Baldwin brand, with growing independence over time.
