At the Creative Educators Network (CEN), a nonprofit organization, we are strengthening the pipeline from public education to the creative industries by empowering educators with the tools and training they need- and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support logistics, planning and execution of our September Event. The event dates are September 23-25, 2026 in Burbank, CA It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys flexible, project-based work and wants to play a key role in delivering our most highly anticipated event of the year. Event Planning & Coordination • Lead the planning and execution of the Burbank Institute from concept through completion • Manage timelines, logistics, and production schedules • Oversee on-site setup, execution, and breakdown • Coordinate procurement of event materials and supplies • Manage budget expectations and outcomes Resumes submitted without a letter of introduction will not be considered.
