University of Texas at Dallas Student Union seeks an Event Coordinator to join the Meeting and Event Planning team. You will plan and coordinate events across SU spaces, manage reservations, layouts, and client discussions, and serve as a primary contact for Union Reservations. You will conduct planning meetings with clients, create layouts using Social Tables, process reservations in Mazevo, and coordinate with Media, Custodial, and Parking services.
