Campus Events Producer

Job Title: Event Coordinator ">Job Description: As an Event Coordinator, you will play a critical role in producing and managing logistics for campus events that support the mission of Wake Forest University. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective event strategies within budgetary constraints and successfully managing university and vendor partnerships. ">Essential Functions: • Develop and execute event plans, including rentals, floral arrangements, linen selection, invitations, catering, menu planning, seating assignments, rental orders, space reservations, parking, security, audio/visual arrangements, and budget reporting.
