Who We Are Pasture and Plenty is a diverse local food business that includes a James Beard-nominated restaurant, market and catering business, and a “Whole Diet” meal kit service. Core Job Responsibilities • Manage customer communications, ordering, delivery, and followup with catering requests • Deliver extraordinary customer service and drive customer engagement and sales • Respond to catering requests, custom cake orders, and private event inquiries in a timely manner • Communicate catering needs to the front of house, kitchen and bakery teams • Oversee invoicing for catering and events • Ensure catering deliveries are accounted for and executed according to the customer’s specifications • Update catering offers and menus seasonally in collaboration with restaurant kitchen managers • Print and label boxes for clarity, allergens, and cohesive branding • Work with marketing lead to assure all print, signs, online menus and other collateral that touches customers is up to date, accurate and in line with our brand • Responsible for maintaining the restaurant environment, smallwares and equipment at a high level of cleanliness and operating order • Responsible for compliance with all public health standards • Execute on collaborations and partnerships with local businesses, non-profits and restaurants to produce events onsite and offsite, in collaboration with FOH and marketing lead • Meet with key stakeholders weekly, or as needed, to effectively coordinate and operate catering and events activity • Communicate routinely with owner/gen operations manager • Make it work every day!
