Based in Minneapolis, MN, Zion Sol Haus specializes in creating tailored menus and unique events for a broad range of occasions, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Catering Assistant, based in Minneapolis, MN, with some flexibility for remote work. Additionally, responsibilities may include setting up and tearing down event spaces and collaborating with team members to ensure the success of every event. Qualifications • Proficiency in Food Preparation and Food Service, with an understanding of portioning, presentation, and quality • Strong knowledge and adherence to Hygiene and safety standards in both food handling and event environments • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules • Previous experience in catering, food service, or event planning is an advantage • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
