The catering coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to plan and coordinate all catering related activities, including working with people in program and assistance with coordination, including being a team leader at events under the supervision and guidance of the Executive Chef or Food service Director. - Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and vision. Oversee packaging and delivery of all catering supplies and related products, equipment to the job site Work in conjunction with the Chef to ensure all staff is assigned and organized for the event Ability to work in a fast-paced/ high-capacity environment Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills Ability to work a flexible schedule such as overtime and weekend work may be required, as well as special events and holidays.
