This position is integral to the Catering Event Management team, providing hands-on coverage, training, and support for all events in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The coordinator is expected to work independently while under the guidance of the Catering Event Management, offering leadership to both full-time employees and student staff. In this position, the Catering Event Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food service, ensuring that all catering operations meet the required production levels.
