Catering Event Coordinator

Foodz Catering is seeking an experienced Senior Event Service Coordinator to step into a key leadership role on our team. This position oversees event logistics after booking, manages the coordination team, and leads onsite execution for select events. What You'll Do Team Leadership • Manage and mentor the Event Service Coordination team • Participate in a weekly coordination meeting to review upcoming events lead by the Sales Director • Distribute events based on workload and complexity • Ensure consistency in timelines, documentation, and service plans Qualifications • 4+ years in catering, hospitality, or event management • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously • Experience interpreting BEOs and event rentals needed • Valid driver's license; Food Handler's Permit required
