Catering Event Coordinator

This role is crucial in ensuring the flawless execution of a wide range of catered events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities include managing client communications from initial inquiry through event completion, developing event proposals and menus, coordinating all event logistics (e.g., staffing, rentals, transportation), and liaising with vendors to ensure seamless service delivery. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure menu accuracy and quality, and with on-site staff to oversee event setup and execution. Previous experience in catering or event coordination is a strong asset.
