Role Description The Catering Event Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dayton, OR. The coordinator will liaise with clients, venue staff, and internal kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth execution before, during, and after each event. Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to coordinate multiple events, timelines, and logistics.Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally with clients, guests, and team members.Sales and relationship-building skills to support lead follow-up, proposals, and repeat business.Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Ability to work on-site as needed for extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as event schedules require.Experience in catering, hospitality, or events is preferred; familiarity with food service operations is a plus.Proficiency with basic office and scheduling software; comfort using email, spreadsheets, and event management tools.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in hospitality, events, or a related field is a plus.Salary
