Catering & Event Coordinator

Wild Rind Cheese + Provisions is a growing Las Vegas event and hospitality business specializing in thoughtfully curated food and beverage experiences. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Catering & Event Coordinator to assist with kitchen production, event preparation, and on-site service. The Catering & Event Coordinator supports the preparation and execution of Wild Rind’s catered events, workshops, deliveries, and hospitality activations. Prepare, pack, load, and transport food, beverages, décor, equipment, and event supplies.Assist with event load-in and load-out, including mobile cart and vintage trailer activations.Set up food displays, grazing tables, serving stations, tablescapes, beverage areas, signage, and guest-facing materials.Provide professional food and beverage service during catered events, workshops, farmers markets and hospitality activations.Maintain clean, attractive, and well-stocked service areas throughout events.Assist with basic client and guest requests while communicating larger concerns or changes to the event lead.Help address routine event needs and unexpected issues in a calm, solutions-oriented manner.Break down event spaces and ensure equipment, food products, and supplies are properly packed and returned.Food Preparation and Production Part-time hourly position with the potential to become seasonal or permanent full-time employment based on business needs and performance.Hands-on training in food preparation, event operations, hospitality, inventory, and brand presentation.Professional development opportunities may be available following successful completion of the introductory employment period, including programs such as WSET or Certified Cheese Professional education.Potential advancement into roles involving culinary production, event coordination, hospitality operations, client experience, or team leadership.
