Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through menu selection, event design, and logistical planning. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate execution of event details, dietary needs, and timelines. Manage event timelines, vendor schedules, and on-site setup/breakdown logistics. Prepare event proposals, contracts, and final billing, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Conduct pre-event site inspections and client walkthroughs to confirm all requirements are met. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in event coordination, catering, or hospitality. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
