Catering Event Sales Manager

The Catering Event Sales Manager works closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless events and exceptional customer satisfaction. They will prepare tailored event proposals based on the client's event requirements and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, understanding budget constraints, proactively resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience. The manager will also develop and maintain the highest level of communication with internal Aquarium partners and the Savor catering team, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. , • Maintain a database of clients to maximize repeat business.
