The Catering & Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing private dining, catering, and special events across The Bastion Collection’s venues. Duties Include: • Event Planning & Coordination • Oversee the full lifecycle of private dining and catering events, from inquiry to execution, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams. • Develop event proposals, contracts, and floor plans tailored to client needs while maintaining company standards. • Coordinate logistics, including menu planning, staffing, rentals, and setup, to ensure flawless event execution. • 2-3 years of experience in event planning, catering, or hospitality coordination.
