Join the Catering & Events team at one of the largest, most beautiful, and top private country clubs in North America, Desert Mountain Club, as a Catering & Events Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, organizing, and executing all club and private catered events while providing a world-class experience. • In coordination with Cochise/Geronimo Clubhouse Managers, fill out each club event P&L's and monitor financial results/assesses the profitability of each event. • Stay up to date of the current menus for Banquets and restaurants. All revisions to be made promptly and communicated with all departments to ensure accuracy and avoid double bookings.
