Our ideal candidate will have the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute events in a retail setting. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by providing fast and friendly checkout, as well as engaging with customers to meet their needs. • Implement event add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, and other elements to enhance the customer experience. • Engage customers on benefits of our loyalty program and complete enrollments as needed. • Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
