· Serve as the primary point of contact for the birthday party host throughout the event · Work closely with Operations, Food & Beverage, and Catering teams to ensure seamless group execution and guest satisfaction. · Follow up with guests post-event to collect feedback and online reviews · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment · Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
