Celebrations Coordinator

This role is responsible for planning and delivering engaging resident programs while also providing transportation support for residents. Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting programs that support residents’ physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual well-beingEncourage and engage residents to participate in activitiesPlan and facilitate daily programs, special events, and holiday celebrationsCoordinate events from start to finish (set-up, execution, breakdown)Organize and maintain an activities calendar and community newsletterMaintain activity spaces and supplies; manage inventoryCoordinate with other departments to support programming needsSupport memory care and mixed-group programming as applicableMeet with new residents to introduce programs and build engagementOrganize and support volunteer involvementOther duties as assigned
