I am looking for someone motivated, driven, with an entrepreneur spirit, to join my founder's team, to help build a private chef home dinner event business. The Chef/Partner will have a large responsibility in the business management side; managing costs, helping create a professional business plan, finding outside investors, hiring new team members as the business grows etc. The ideal candidate will be great with people, outgoing yet professional, willing to roll up their sleeves to do any dirty work, and have a great work ethic, and open availability to build the business from scratch with the rest of the team. There will be A LOT of work to do in the beginning, but the payoff is you will be partner in a company with HUGE growth potential, once we become profitable.
