The feels arrived in SF in October, and we intend to stay + grow a better relating movement in the Bay. HR + Admin • Onboard to our Event Management System + utilize the system to own the tasks that re assigned to the position; • Work with leadership team to finalize event slate for the upcoming quarter and then ensure each event is staff d with 1 producer + 1 volunteer; • Work with leadership team to hire + screen producers; • Work w leadership to ensure producers feel connected + appreciated; • On an ongoing basis, manage a basic inventory that includes seating, candles, etc. Ongoing • Work alongside HQ team + City Leads + Facilitators to design + implement ways to further grow and build the feels movement in the Bay; • As needed, work with leadership to ensure beverage inventory is maintained; • As needed, manage relationships with venues, suppliers, storage facilities, etc; • Update and sync information in the Event Management System to ensure its updated.
