In this role, you’ll help make every event and client interaction feel organized, professional, and personal. Coordinating educational retirement workshops and client eventsCalling and texting prospects to confirm workshop attendanceHelping events run smoothly from setup through follow-upAnswering incoming office calls professionallyScheduling appointments and confirming meetingsEntering and organizing CRM dataTracking workshop activity, client details, and event resultsSupporting marketing and client communication efforts You’ll do well here if you are: You’ll often be the first impression someone has of the firm.
