Candidates for this position should possess a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience or an associate degree from an accredited institution. • High school diploma or GED and one year of work experience or associate degree from accredited institution of higher education • act 153 clearances including PA criminal background, PA child abuse history, and FBI clearance fingerprinting • experience with computer software platform or ability to learn required technology • strong working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Access, and Excel • ability to lift tables, chairs, and boxes • good judgment skills to troubleshoot challenges • excellent organizational skills • multitasking skills • high level of teamwork, cooperation, initiative, customer service, and commitment to continuous professional growth
