In the early 1900’s the Wainwright family lived in the fifty rooms home and carriage house on 18.5 acres. It is the mission and intent of this position that the candidate will work collaboratively with the management team, Club Committees and Board of Governors while reporting to the Assistant General Manager. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential job function satisfactorily. • Directly in charge for all club communications for all departments, officers & committees • Assist teams with the planning, composition, and execution of Club communications, including Coveleigh’s newsletter, and Executive Office correspondence • Assists with photography of Member events and activities as needed • Design and schedule all Club flyers through social media, print and online channels • Continuously manage & update the website, Signera, outlook calendar & Jonas Activity Management • Creates and edits BEOs for all events • Serve as the main resource for photography and video content • Supports the General Manager with administrative assistance including but not limited to scheduling, correspondence, filing and general organization • May be required to stay during clubs highlighted special events to assist with Member and Guest check-in • Generate and distribute contracts, and bills for all private events • Work with Assistant General Manager, Executive Chef and Dining Manager to continually create and update menus and event collateral • Create floor plans through Prismm • Prints menus, procures decorations, and any other special request • Schedules tours with prospective clients • Meet with Assistant General Manager to discuss all event planning, ie Vendors, Themes, Décor etc. Coveleigh Club
