Community and Events Coordinator

We're looking for early members of our Sales team that can form deep partnerships with our prospects and customers to help them adopt and succeed on the next generation of database infrastructure.

Position SummaryAs a Community and Events Coordinator, you'll help execute in-person experiences that connect developers, founders, engineering leaders, and the broader technology community with PlanetScale.

You'll work closely with the Head of Community and cross-functional teams to coordinate events ranging from intimate executive dinners and customer roundtables to conference activations, office events, meetups, and large-scale community programs.

This role is ideal for someone who loves logistics, thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys meeting people, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences.

Total Compensation and Pay TransparencyAn employee's total compensation consists of base salary + variable comp where appropriate + benefits + equity. A member of our Talent Acquisition team will be happy to answer any further questions when we engage with you to begin the interview process.

Base salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 USD
