Community Event Coordinator

As a Community Event Coordinator at Backflip, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing events that promote Backflip’s mission and values while also contributing to the development of scalable processes and operational efficiencies. Coachability and eagerness to own processes is a must as we grow the amazing Backflip community together. What You'll Do: • Event Planning and Processes: • Own the requirements, objectives, budget and execution of in person and virtual events. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, staff and speakers to ensure seamless event execution. • Communication & Coordination: • Act as the main point of contact for vendors, speakers, Backflip staff and members for events.
