At HeyGen, our mission is to make visual storytelling accessible to all. The position will focus on supporting in-person, virtual and hybrid community-led events, frequently collaborating with community members, customers, and strategic partners. You'll work closely with HeyGen leadership, Marketing, Sales and Community teams to ensure HeyGen events drive meaningful impact. • Support the HeyGen Community Meetup program to grow to 50+ events annually, managing 5+ events simultaneously. • Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Sales and Partnerships to execute engaging programming aligned with team objectives and drive event promotion logistics.
