Job Opportunity: The Events Coordinator will develop and execute a service plan to engage residents through events and programming. This role involves collaborating with local partners, hosting events, visiting residents, engaging online, communicating effectively with onsite staff, and reporting activity each month. • Coordinate events and activities for senior adults • Prepare and host welcome events for new residents • Perform acts of care and kindness • Communicate regularly with onsite staff • Meet virtually with supervisor to discuss progress and goals • Oversee event execution and ensure success • 2+ years of experience in outreach and/or ministry • Experience serving active senior adult or independent living population preferred • Preferred Bachelor's degree but not required • Excellent communication and listening skills • Ability to provide flexible service hours
