Conference and Events Planner

Working at USF means joining a diverse and dedicated workforce of approximately 16,000 employees, recognized in 2025 by Forbes as Florida’s top large employer and ranked number one among the state’s public universities. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as per Florida Senate SB 1310 • minimum two years of relevant experience or master's degree with equivalent experience • ability to work nights and weekends • physical capability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 50 pounds • compliance with employment eligibility requirements • ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage detailed logistical responsibilities • good communication and interpersonal skills • experience with event budgeting and contract processing
