The Conference Center Sales & Events Manager will be responsible for elevating the office environment by delivering exceptional hospitality, curating and executing property-specific events, and driving engagement across the building community. This role also has a strong business development and revenue-generation component, with responsibility for marketing services to external clients, developing new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service while ensuring successful planning and execution of meetings, events, and amenity experiences.Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and prospects by understanding their needs, proactively resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience.Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries, proposals, contracts, and client requests.Manage vendors and building support teams to ensure consistent service delivery and minimize client issues.Provide Concierge Services and work-life balance initiatives, including catering, event planning, entertainment, transportation, wellness, and other time-saving services. Develop and execute strategies to increase awareness, utilization, and revenue generated by the conference center and amenity spaces.Market conference center and amenity services to external clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through outreach, networking, site visits, open houses, and other business development activities.Manage the client database and develop targeted marketing strategies, including collateral and email campaigns, in partnership with the internal marketing team.Meet with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present services and spaces, develop proposals, and convert opportunities into booked business.Identify opportunities to generate repeat business, expand client relationships, and maximize utilization of available spaces.Provide quarterly reporting and action plans focused on client satisfaction, business development, utilization, and revenue growth. 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, conference center, event management, customer experience, or a related field.Demonstrated experience managing meetings, events, or hospitality operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, within a hospitality mindset.Proven ability to develop relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and contribute to sales and revenue growth.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and events simultaneously.Ability to anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.Experience working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate complex events and deliver a seamless client experience.Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with event management, CRM, or client engagement platforms is a plus.Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment and event technology.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends, based on event requirements.Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
