Conference Event Manager

Transit Technologies, a leading provider of software solutions powering modern mobility systems, in delivering innovative solutions that drive efficiency and connectivity. This role will oversee approximately 120 events annually, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases, from pre-event planning through on-site execution to post-event follow-up. Qualifications • 3–7+ years of experience in event management, conference operations, or similar role • Proven experience managing multiple events simultaneously (high-volume experience strongly preferred) • Strong project management and organizational skills • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines • Experience working with vendors and managing logistics at scale • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership • Willingness to travel as needed Own a High-Impact Events Engine – Take the lead in managing a large-scale conference portfolio of 120+ events annually, playing a critical role in how Transit Technologies shows up in the market and engages with customers and partners.
