• Perform daily walk-through of property to ensure cleanliness and repairs are up to standards. Schedule and use of the space should be maximized through the control and shifting of reservations to allow the most use of the space and to accommodate the clients. Manage these activities by directing the work and schedules of these staff or vendors. Work with outside caterers, AV Company, users and user's vendors to setup and use meeting and event space. Requirements • Bachelor Degree (preferred) • 2+ years of customer service experience in hospitality or event planning a plus • Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to accommodate business needs • Demonstrated proficiency with all applicable software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Basic knowledge of audiovisual equipment • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service • Excellent oral and written communication skills
