Conference Specialist

As our Conference Specialist, you are responsible for the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of multiple conferences. You will oversee a team that includes a conference coordinator and conference interns, leveraging your strategic approach to event planning, leadership skills, and exceptional attention to detail. • Liaise with speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees to ensure their needs are met. • Marketing and Promotion: • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for each conference. • Ability to handle physical aspects of event setup and breakdown when necessary.
