Conferences & Events Architect

National Association of State Procurement Officials is seeking a Conferences & Events Coordinator to plan and execute conferences, leadership programs, and events for procurement professionals nationwide. You will work with the Conferences & Events Director on venue sourcing, speaker logistics, registration, and on-site execution to deliver memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating venues, travel, AV, and event tech, plus managing communications and post-event evaluation.
