Coordinator Awards and Recognition - US Based Remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + Support the execution of awards and recognition programs across the enterprise + Maintain tracking systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting + Assist with communications and documentation with excellent written and verbal skills + Provide support for marketing initiatives, including visual asset creation and event coordination + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution + Conduct research and provide thoughtful solutions to program challenges + Assist with data analysis and validation across brands + Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders + Manage assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision + Maintain positive team dynamics and contribute to a collaborative work environment + Perform any additional duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: + One or more years' experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities + Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, with advanced Excel skills + Experience with Copilot, Canva, and project management platforms + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written + Ability to interact successfully with internal and external clients at all levels + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment + Strong research and problem-solving abilities + Exceptional time management and organizational skills + Comfortable working independently and in a team setting Anywhere is a global franchisor of some of the most recognized brands in the real estate industry.
