Coordinator, Meetings & Events

Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position. This role is a blended position with coordinator responsibilities, supporting multiple members of the M&E Fidelity Shared Services team and managing planning and execution of events. This position will also support the execution of operational tasks for the Meetings & Events team in the logistics and execution of all programs both in-person and virtual. The dynamic Meetings and Events team collaborate with business partners on the planning, budgeting, and design of all internal and client events. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
