Coordinator, Signature Events

Are you interested in a career in fundraising events? SHN Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic event professional to join our Community Development team in the role of Coordinator, Signature Events. Our signature events support SHN Foundation's goal to help raise awareness, share impact, strengthen our relationships across the Scarborough community all the while delivering significant undesignated revenue. Work with the signature events team to help execute events such as SHN Golf Classic and SHN Lights & Luck gala, that will generate over $1.5M in revenue annually.Team lead on all Raiser's Edge NXT data entry & trackingProvide administrative support to the signature events team, including:Schedule internal meetings, as well as volunteer committee meetingsAttend all event committee meetings and taking minutesUpdate event websites (AKA raisin)Prepare and send out sponsor invoicesTrack auction itemsPrepare and submit raffle/lottery license applicationsMonitor department email addressSupport event volunteer coordinationOther duties as required.In partnership with the Signature Events team and Stewardship & Donor Engagement team, execute post event stewardship activities including meaningfully thanking our event supporters including participants, sponsors, donors and vendors.Work with Partner events and Community events teams to assist in execution of all other Community Development events and initiatives.Leverage SHN Foundation systems including Raiser's Edge and AKA raisin to regularly input data, and accurately track, pull and analyze reports to help inform our decision making, and update event microsites.
