Corporate Event Manager

Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Events Manager to lead our internal and external events strategy - bringing high-impact experiences to life that inspire, connect, and drive business results. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this leader will manage our in-house Corporate Event Planner and collaborate closely with Marketing, Field Communications, HR, and Executive Leadership to ensure our events align with brand goals, reinforce culture, and create memorable, high-quality experiences. • Ensure all events are aligned with brand standards and elevate team member and guest experience. • 6+ years of progressive experience in corporate event management, with at least 2 years managing large-scale events (500+ attendees) • Proven success managing complex events (e.g., conferences, summits, or trade shows) from concept to execution • Budget management experience for programs exceeding $250K • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills • Ability to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends as event schedules require • Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to planning, execution, and problem-solving.
