The Corporate Event Planner is a senior-level planning role responsible for managing a portfolio of full planning, partial planning, and coordination-only events with a primary focus on corporate and institutional clients. Performance incentives are primarily tied to: • Revenue generation through upselling of services, enhancements, rentals, and upgrades, with incentive weighting varying by the type of service sold and the complexity of the event program; • Incremental revenue achieved above the client’s original contracted value; and • Consistent achievement of outstanding client satisfaction, including the attainment of verified 5-star client reviews.
