Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Coordination • Collaborate with clients, the Property General Manager, and the Artistic Director to conceptualize and plan private events, film premieres, receptions, and community gatherings. • Manage all pre-event logistics including proposals, contracts, timelines, layouts, menus, and vendor coordination.
