This role will assist in sourcing high-caliber speakers, help curate content, and provide logistical support to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate will have a background in event planning and content creation, along with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed. Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Coordinate event logistics, including travel arrangements, catering, audio/visual needs, décor, signage, and event technology. - Corporate Event Planning within the Hotel Industry - Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry - Canva - Salesforce - 3 to 5 years of Corporate Event Planning Experience - Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Event Management, Marketing/Communications or Related Field - Strong Excel Experience (V-Lookups) - Strong Project Management skills - Cvent and Monday. com experience
