We are currently seeking candidates for a Corporate Event Planning Consultant at a global asset management co. in New York, NY, 10104. • Assist with the planning of investment conferences • Provide on-site support • Assist with preparing budgets and provide periodic progress reports to clients for each project • Maintain event calendar • Keep track of event finances, including invoicing and monthly management reporting • Oversee event registration including tracking attendance and reservations • Provide event analysis and reporting • Bachelor’s degree • 2+ years of Event Planning experience in the financial services/asset management industries • Fluency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Must be able to anticipate project needs, prioritize work, meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work evenings and weekends as necessary • Provide outstanding client service, is an enthusiastic professional and is able to build relationships with internal and external clients and vendors About the Company: Daley and Associates The firm was founded in 2005 by distinguished executives with over 30+ years of staffing agency experience with the mission to create a different kind of recruiting firm, one that provides a very hands-on, consultative approach to the clients they serve.
