Corporate Event Producer

You will serve as the primary production lead on keynote and large-scale broadcast events, managing everything from show flow architecture and speaker preparation to live direction and post-event debrief. The ideal candidate has deep fluency in advanced Zoom production and virtual event platforms, an instinct for audience engagement in distributed environments, and the composure to make real-time decisions during live broadcasts in front of thousands of employees and stakeholders. • Lead content and production execution across virtual, hybrid, and live enterprise events — from early planning through live show and post-event wrap • Partner with program stakeholders to design the full event experience: technical agenda, show flow, audience engagement strategy, and production quality standards aligned to each event's goals • Serve as the primary keynote and general session production liaison between the core events team, client AV, external technology partners, third-party agencies, and internal stakeholders • Direct live broadcasts in real time, making confident production calls in partnership with the events team and technical crew • Manage simultaneous workstreams across multiple events at varying stages of production without losing precision on any of them • 5–8 years of experience in event production, content management, or live broadcast production in a corporate or agency environment • Demonstrated experience producing keynotes and general sessions for large audiences, with full ownership of show flow and on-site or remote direction
