About The Role:

The Corporate Event Program Manager will oversee the execution of corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, and internal gatherings at UKG. This role encompasses managing the entire event lifecycle, from planning through post-event evaluation, while collaborating with various teams on marketing, content development, and vendor relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of corporate events to enhance our brand presence and narrative at trade shows, internal functions, user conferences, and brand campaigns.

Lead the event strategy and delivery from beginning to end, covering planning, venue selection, lead management, and on-site execution.

Ensure alignment with event objectives and financial plans, while tracking ROI, engagement metrics, and feedback to refine future events.

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors, including negotiating contracts for the best terms.

Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to create tailored event agendas, marketing campaigns, and content that fulfill engagement goals.

Design and deliver event enablement resources, including pre-event briefings, on-site direction, post-event follow-ups, and analytical reviews.

Proactively seek speaking opportunities at corporate conferences and industry trade shows.

Basic Qualifications:

At least 7 years of relevant experience in fast-paced organizations.

Proven success in managing large-scale owned and sponsored events.

Familiarity with event management platforms and registration systems.

Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.

Experience in the technology sector.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Exceptional capability to perform successfully under pressure while juggling multiple projects, tight deadlines, and unforeseen challenges.

Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to engage teams asynchronously.

Experience interacting effectively with executive and senior management teams.

Strong project management and decision-making skills.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

The pay range for this role is $71,900 to $103,350, and actual pay may vary depending on your skills, experience, and job responsibilities. Employees may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and restricted stock unit awards. Explore UKG's benefits package.
