WCF Events seeks motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Corporate Event Team as a seasonal/temporary Event Staff. WCF Events is the Midwest's largest corporate entertainment and team building company, consistently providing memorable and exceptional events for its extensive list of corporate clients.
Our team is responsible for executing picnics, scavenger hunts, team building programs and other events throughout the year. Currently we are looking for candidates who are looking for 5 to 15 hours per week during the Summer months. There are no qualification requirements other than punctuality, reliability, and enthusiasm for customer service. We will provide all necessary training during paid shifts. Responsibilities
Set-up and breakdown of tables, chairs and other event equipment; including loading and unloading supply trucksLead teams on scavenger huntsManage activities at team building events and other programsWork with experienced event planners to execute flawless corporate eventsAdditional
Must be able to work some Weekdays in the morning and early afternoonPersonal transportation preferred but not requiredAverage Hours: variable event shifts ranging about 5-15 hours per week and you will get to pick and choose which event shifts you would work.Location: Chicago and surrounding suburbsRequirements
