Leading the planning and execution of corporate events to provide exceptional attendee experiences Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event operations Managing event budgets and timelines to align with organizational goals Developing and implementing strategic event marketing plans to enhance brand awareness Utilizing analytical skills to evaluate event success and identify improvement areas Overseeing health and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all participants Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to promote engagement and collaboration Embracing technology and innovation to improve event management processes Addressing conflicts with clients and team members while escalating matters when necessary What You Must Have A High School Diploma or equivalent degree A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or prior experience with PwC What Sets You Apart Preference for a Bachelor's degree Expertise in event budgeting and execution Proficiency in brand management and marketing strategies Analytical skills for enhancing event planning A willingness to embrace change and innovation in digital marketing Experience in vendor and venue management Ability to mentor team members in strategic questioning and relationship building The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280.
