Job Overview The ideal candidate will be a creative, highly organized individual who can help execute unforgettable catering events that generate brand awareness, build business relationships, and boost employee morale. • Identify requirements and expectations for each event • Implement event concepts and themes • Prepare event budgets and process invoices • Plan events and catering in line with the budget drawn-up for the event • Manage set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations • Anticipate attendee needs and prepare against potential risks • Conduct a pre- and post-event analysis to plan properly and improve in different areas • Maintain good relationship with customers • Put in place contingency plans in case of unforeseen scenarios or mishaps during an event • Supervise all catering activities going on during events What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
