Creative Sales Director - Weddings & Events

This is a well-established department including an Industry Icon who will provide daily mentoring, and has a strong team in place! We are looking for someone to drive sales, provide creative direction, ideate the entire event start to finish, and close the sale to event planners and B to C clients. As the Creative Sales Director - Weddings & Events, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of weddings and special events- From initial client contact through design, planning, and execution. This department has a Special Events Coordinator that partners with the Creative Sales Director to support the success of this role as well as a Blooms Department Manager to further support the success of this role with personnel, logistics, schedules, and communication through clients, vendors, and venues. • Work with floral designers and operations teams to plan and execute events.
