Michigan's Adventure is seeking students interested in Culinary Arts, Operations Management, Catering, and Food Safety& Sanitation for our **Food & Beverage Internship Program**. Gain hands-on experience in one of four career-focused areas while working alongside experienced food service leaders in a fast-paced amusement park environment.

*This is an internship opportunity for spring and summer of 2027.*

Responsibilities

* Culinary Arts Internship
+ Assist with food preparation
+ Assist with food presentation
+ Assist with kitchen operations
+ Assist with inventory management
+ Assist with maintaining quality and sanitation standards
* Catering Internship
+ Support catered events including corporate outings, group functions, and special events
+ Assist with event setup
+ Assist with service execution
+ Provide guest service during events
+ Assist with operational coordination
* Food & Beverage Operations Management Internship
+ Develop leadership skills by assisting with daily restaurant operations
+ Assist with staffing
+ Assist with scheduling
+ Assist with training new hires
+ Implement and monitor guest service initiatives
+ Assist with inventory control
+ Assist with operational reporting
* Food & Beverage Safety & Sanitation Internship
+ Assist with food safety inspections
+ Complete sanitation audits
+ Assist with compliance documentation
+ Complete temperature monitoring
+ Assist with food safety training initiatives

Qualifications

* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Currently enrolled in a college or university.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
* Passion for hospitality, culinary arts, or food service operations.
* Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
