About the Role Culinary Khancepts is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Event Planner to oversee and execute events at the iconic River Oaks Theatre. Much like a wedding planner ensures every detail of a special day comes together seamlessly, this role will manage all event logistics, communications, and on-site coordination to deliver memorable, elevated experiences that reflect the River Oaks Theatre brand. The role has the potential to grow into establishing our event program across our company. • Manage all pre-event logistics including proposals, contracts, timelines, layouts, menus, and vendor coordination. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in either corporate or wedding event planning, hospitality, or a related field • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
